CMA Video has extended its work with the Merlin Group to include the Dungeons brand of the business having worked with York Dungeons on their latest social media video. Our work includes many of the Sea Life Centres across the UK and the LegoLand Discovery Centre in Manchester but now our portfolio has grown to include the York Dungeons after the popular tourist attraction looked to create a social media video to promote the centre’s re-opening in May.
The success of the recent social media video projects for Sea Life Centres in Birmingham and Manchester prompted York Dungeons to ask us to film the vikings in York city centre, complete with their own longboat, as they rampaged through the high street promoting the fact that the Dungeons attraction is due to re-open next month.
The social media video promotion will focus on the Dungeons’ Facebook page (above) as well as being promoted across the attraction’s Twitter feed as it looks to re-open following the flooding of the centre late last year. The opening date of Friday 13 May seemed the most suitable given the gruesome and horrible nature of the popular attraction in the centre of York. Our camera crew followed the vikings around the centre of York capturing all of their antics and the reactions of the passers-by before working on a quick turnaround edit to get the video distributed across the social media channels.
