Online news channel, Solihull Today filmed deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg as he made an appearance at Solihull Chamber of Commerce’s Your Hired: Apprenticeship Event at Solihull College.
The showcase event for apprenticeships and business in the Solihull area was given a huge boost by the appearance of Mr Clegg, Vince Cable and local MP Lorely Burt. Companies such as Jaguar Land Rover, Virgin Media, Aldi and Balfour Beatty were all on hand with their apprentices to demonstrate the benefits of taking on young people in this kind of role.
