Our event filming team travelled to London for an exciting event at the ExCeL about online cyber security. The star attraction was internet sensation and entrepreneur, Gary Vaynerchuk or Gary Vee as he is known through his online activity. Our client, Cybercy, were co-sponsors of the event and CEO, Sunny Vara, presented a keynote speech at the event too along with Gary Vee on stage.
The event filming included providing an overview of the whole event and exhibition whilst also getting interviews from key speakers and members of the audience as well as delegates. The purpose of the video for Cybercy was to use it on their social media channels to promote not only their services but also the prestige element of sponsoring and presenting at such a high profile event. In addition, they have also used their first venture into corporate video production as the opportunity to launch their own YouTube channel.
From an event filming point of view, capturing Sunny with Gary Vaynerchuk both during the presentation and at the event was the most important part of the brief. The association of Sunny and the business itself with Gary Vee was vital purely because of his following and online activity that Cybercy were hoping to piggy back on to.
In addition to featuring Vaynerchuk in the video, our event filming brief was to capture the activity from the event. We interviewed Sunny and Ian Dooley from Cybercy along with reactions from delegates in the audience. Overall the event video gives a good overview of what took place at the exhibition whilst also delivering a good overview of the skills and services of what Cybercy does in the cyber security world.
As the world slowly starts to get back to normal, our event video production team are starting to film at more and more events like this.
