Flooring company, FLR Group commissioned us to produce a series videos to emphasise and promote their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity through video updates.  The CSR video updates will be featuring various projects that the company are involved in ranging from local initiatives in the Solihull area to other projects that are further afield.  The series of videos will be documenting the progression of the projects over the coming months.

The company are embarking a huge initiative to improve their green credentials, become carbon neutral and give back to the community.  With each CSR video they are looking to document projects which not only demonstrate these values but also show the company culture to customers and current and potential partners.

In this first filming session that our production team worked on, it was all about their involvement with local sports people that the company support and sponsor.  Local golf professional, Liam Phipps, is currently sponsored by FLR Group as he bids to progress on the pro circuit taking part in tournaments across the UK.  In addition he is also working for the company and also offers coaching and golf tips to staff and clients alike with the full size golf simulator that they company have installed in their Solihull headquarters.

Secondly, we filmed two local cricketers who have broken into the professional ranks of Warwickshire County Cricket Club.  Henry and Ethan Brookes have been family friends of the directors of FLR Group for years and now the company are sponsoring both players as well as sponsoring Warwickshire in the County Championship too.  The purpose of the videos is to demonstrate the support they offer to local people rather than just straight forward sales and marketing.  By using us to create videos like this, they are hoping to show the ethos of the business for anyone looking to get involved with them.

As an ongoing project, they are looking to feature the environmental projects they are involved in the coming months which includes local initiatives such as working on the canals in the local area as well as global projects like working with a gorilla sanctuary in Uganda.
