CMA Video were commissioned to film a corporate training and team building day for mortgage company, Paragon. In addition to filming the invited speakers and details of the day, a key element was the team building exercise of an “Apprentice” style project. Staff were divide into teams and given a business based project to work on.
Our crew was tasked with filming the progress of the teams and editing the video to show on the same evening at the event’s dinner. It was a really effective means for Paragon to demonstrate to its staff the benefits of the exercise and to create an engaging video production that all of the participants felt a part of.
Paragon will also use the video as an internal marketing tool for staff as a review of the conference and as a means to promote the next one.
