Our events filming crew were busy recently covering two major conferences in Birmingham last week. Firstly we filmed at Birmingham Metropolitan College at their LCI-UK Summit based around engaging people in lean transformation and secondly we filed at The Studio in Birmingham city centre for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
The day long seminar at BMET featured key speakers from The Boldt Company, Network Rail and Hilti and required our events filming crew to cover the main speeches on the stage area as well as covering the breakout discussion groups afterwards. Working in many different areas around BMET, our crew filmed a highlights video of the event with soundbites and voxpops from the delegates as well as videos that showed the speeches in full.
Just two days later saw more events filming, this time at The Studio in Birmingham city centre. The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh held a conference for Perioperative Practitioners for more than 100 delegates and featured exhibitions and workshops around the subject. Once again our events filming crew filmed the main speeches as well as breakout groups to create a number of promotional videos to show what the event was all about.

Our events filming crew are vastly experienced in creating promotional videos from events, conferences, exhibitions and more of all sizes. We’ve filmed across the world at events from 10 delegates to hundreds and produced corporate videos for internal distribution, marketing videos to promote the next year’s event and promotional videos to attract sponsors. We work with event organisers to ensure that we can capture everything that the clients wants and liaise with AV companies that are involved in the events too.
