CMA Video was commissioned by Solihull Council to film and document the Image Fest project taking place in North Solihull this Spring.
The project consisted of a wide variety of events ranging from family sports days to a beer festival, football tournaments, a heritage festival and a wildlife walk amongst others. Taking place over a two month period, we were asked to film at three events to get a flavour of what was taking place. The three events were The Funbridge Games in Chelmsley Wood, Castle Bromwich Heritage Event and Smiths Wood Bio Blitz. Tasked with demonstrating the wide range of facilities in the North Solihull area as well as the community activity and the positive actions of the local residents, the five minute video production captured a fantastic event with plenty on offer for everyone. Locations such as Castle Bromwich Hall Gardens and the Smiths Wood ancient woodland showed the hidden gems that exist in that part of Solihull.
