Balfour Beatty commissioned us to create a video commemorating a significant milestone – two million accident-free working hours on the Midland Metropolitan University Hospital (MMUH) building project.
The objective was to produce a video that not only showcased the scale of the MMUH development but also documented the celebrations and rewards provided to the site’s staff, recognising their achievement of two million incident-free working hours.
Our team spent a day filming at the construction site, capturing both the development’s scope and the festivities organized by Balfour Beatty for the workforce. Emphasising the importance of staff recognition, the video prominently featured the builders on-site. Designed as an internal video, it has been shared across Balfour Beatty’s facilities, sites, and offices nationwide. The video serves as a tribute to the remarkable dedication and safety record of the staff, boosting morale among the workforce and standing as a testament to their impressive accomplishment.
