balfour beatty celebrating two million hours

Balfour Beatty commissioned us to create a video to commemorate a significant milestone: two million accident-free working hours on the Midland Metropolitan University Hospital (MMUH) building project. The brief was to produce a video that showcased the scale of the MMUH development while also documenting the celebrations and rewards given to the site’s staff, recognizing their remarkable achievement.

Our team spent a day filming at the construction site, capturing both the project’s scope and the festivities organized by Balfour Beatty for the workforce. The video prominently featured the builders on-site, emphasizing the importance of staff recognition. Designed as an internal video, it has been shared across Balfour Beatty’s facilities, sites, and offices nationwide, serving as a tribute to the staff’s dedication and safety record, boosting morale, and standing as a testament to their impressive accomplishment.
