Children’s theme park, Gulliver’s Kingdom has commissioned CMA Video to produce their latest recruitment video to help with the selection and training of staff at the three Gulliver’s parks across the country. The video will feature staff from the Matlock, Warrington and Milton Keynes parks talking about their experience of working at Gulliver’s as well as key scenes and imagery from the rides and attractions at the three parks.
The video for marketing internally is designed to demonstrate to potential new recruits what it means to be an employee at the parks, what is expected of them and give an overall view of life at Gulliver’s. Mitchell Remes, Creative Director at CMA Video said: “We are delighted that Gulliver’s Kingdom has chosen video as the medium to portray what it means to be an employee at the theme parks. We can really show the personality of the employees and get across what is expected of all new recruits. This can be a really useful tool in the whole selection process for both the company and the new recruits.”
